Martino Kitchen in Wiesbaden

I had an octopus with spaghetti here which was very well cooked. My wife and brother-in-law had the tagliatelle with truffle. We were all very satisfied and enjoyed it. We recommend.

Anyone who goes to Martino will have a very special experience. Not only the freshly prepared dishes, which change regularly and are incredibly tasty, but also the very friendly and attentive service contribute to the success of an evening. As a guest, you always have the feeling of a warm welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, yet lively. As a guest, you notice that a young and dynamic host reinvents himself again and again and, with all the demands of the highest quality with a sympathetic measure of self-irony (have never eaten better "cans of ravioli" :)), creates a pleasantly relaxed and not strenuous elite framework.

Delicious! We had truffle pasta, duck and Lou de Mer. A nice restaurant and great quality and the atmosphere really great. Very friendly service. I look forward to my next visit.

The food is always extremely good, surprising and an experience. Great quality, great taste, great wine accompaniment. And the team in a class!

The food was great, the waitress wasn't pleasant ...but food compensated....

The only thing I think is upscale in this place is the prices. Dishes from an "upscale kitchen" usually look different and taste different - unfortunately, large plates and small portions are not enough to play in the top division. The staff is very friendly throughout, but here too - for this price category - a certain professionalism is missing.

I love coming here for the carte blanche! You say what you don't like to eat or can't tolerate and choose the number of courses - the rest is a surprise! A great experience every time, especially because you get to know dishes that you would not normally have ordered. Everything is freshly prepared and very tasty!

We recently went to goose dinner with our friends. Big disappointment because, unlike last year, mini-potion. The card said "Chest and Mace", nothing of it was visible on the plate. Also just a dumpling and two chestnuts. We can only advise against going there !!!

Superior Bistrorant. Very courteous service. Modern decor. Good wine and drinks menu. Good taste. Cloth napkins and the last ounce of umami are missing for the 5th star. Ideal for a good lunch or an aperitif in between.

This is my and my whole family’s favorite place ever. We come here once a week. Food is soooo good! They change their set menu quite regularly and they have seasonal items as well. But they’re always and constantly good! Everything is always fresh and you have the finest ingredients and very good quality. Staff are also very professional and very friendly. You will always feel welcome here. They also have very good wine pairings. The chefs are also very talented and very creative. We also tried the chef’s table wherein all the courses are a surprise. It’s just great! Will always come here! Must be the best restaurant in Wiesbaden!

Best restaurant in Wiesbaden, hands down! All staff are super friendly, especially the one who reminds me of Jesse Eisenberg. ;) food is magnificent. I can tell the chefs really puts personal effort into each dish. I’d love to come back over and over again!

Martinos Kitchen is one of my regular restaurants in Wiesbaden. Martino is a passionate chef who, together with his wife, who does a great job in service, has achieved something here and is still there. The two are supported by a great team, so that every visit is a pleasure. The pictures of the food and the kitchen should speak for themselves. Absolute recommendation! ?
